1 bbl = 5.616 cu ft. So, if the structure covers 20 sq km and has an average thickness of 300 ft (neglecting pinchouts etc at edge of structure); then if we assume an average effective (inter-connected) rock porosity for the entire structure of 20% (logs show 23-29% but wells are drilled on likely sweet spots), this would give us 2.3 bn bbl of oil in place. A lot of assumptions here but this would mean 1.15 bn bbl for AOI which at $6/bbl would value the Ngamia structure for shareholders at $32/share... and just a single pearl on the string! :)
