My Opinion...Perfectly acceptable considering whom he is referring to in the letter(DRMS)and every one who is at least 30 years or older knows that the Government is big red tape and is time consuming and they know time is on their side,For as Mr A stated in his letter,Qoute...On june 9,2012 after the close of the latest comment public period the division of reclamation Mining & Saftey sent an eight page letter requesting additional Information which undoubtedly require an additional public comment period...Yes Wally sent it at the last moment(is this Guyers fault Fact...no).......Listen i know wally is no pro compared to this man but wally knows how to use and manipulate the regulations to his advantage we can see it right here in this situation,Fact.......Keep kicking this dead horse i will just come back with more fact even though it takes my valuable time....... even politicians know the government is full of waste because they have no buisness aspect...This man is a buisness man that puts Wally to shame and at the same time this man lives in Colorado and Loves his State...
