I agree...it's a workaround to an insider buyout on the cheap basically. But, with that being said...I still think we'll get more value per share than the current market cap. Take a look at some of these links below...some interesting reading.

It sucks that this has turned out this way, but it is what it is. I'm chalking it up as a learning opportunity and it has certainly made me reconsider my investment strategy. I will never chase a stock ever again, no matter how badly I want to hold shares. LOL
