Dave just called me back. Acually the order was UNQT contacted Dave and told him to tell me that UNQT is not going to update the share structure Until the end of 2nd quarter. It is my understanding that every quarter on the quarter the structure will be updated. Also from a financial, and legal stand point between the s-1 filing, audits, and trasactions the comapny is not willing to keep bending to our requests for share structure updates at the current time. Due to The fact that tons and tons of deals and work must be made for them to reach OTCQB they feel that too many updates in too short a time period would have to be made and that is a process that requires laywers and accountants and permission + money every time they update it. Point is it stands to reason that if the company really wants to hit .10 a share with the current share structure then they have to continually do work and transactions. It probably going to be a very full year or 2 in terms of getting us up where there OTCQB goal is. Its all going to fall into place, and Dave was told to tell me that PR's will come out when they have news to put out, meaning they will never wityh hold news because thats what they work for every day. Its why they cant keep updating share structure as we would like to know. Remember Once on the OTCQB it will be legally demanded that they do, so until then let them fill their schedule with work that increases their value and makes us prove that we invested in a good company. The other thing is that should mean a whole lot is the fact that they enforce being current legally. They have respect for legality! thats an awsome statement, it should mean they arent trying to break rules. Again not something crooks do. Anyways I thought i would relay back to you all about what i ahve been working on. I have been on and off the phones for 3-4 hours to answer everyones questions including my own. They even got back to Dave and then in turn HE CALLED ME! UNQT told Dave to tell me to tell you all. They do listen they do care and they do respond, patience!
