MONEY SPENT BY BALTIA HAS INVESTORS EXCITED because it is moving Baltia toward being operational - with the help of the U.S. Dept. of Transportation. The DOT found Baltia to be "fit" to operate as a scheduled airline under the U.S. Federal Aviation Regulations and DOT rules. Baltia is spending what it takes, with enthusiastic investors buying shares from the company every day because they believe that Baltia will be a success and the shareholders will profit significantly, IMHO.
