What difference does it make? It'll just be another meaningless, obfuscating technical point that has zero bearing on the obvious reality that this is dilution scam with the equivalent of 2.5 trillion shares authorized (and growing), a pathetic share price that's less than 1/1000th of what it was when the CEO bought the company and despite a bunch of undefined marketing buzzwords and fabricated statistics that supporters can throw around, next to nobody knows or cares about the products.

The staggering share count is a fact.
