It's not exactly rocket science. It just doesn't occur to most people to order something over the internet when they can get something equivalent more quickly and easily in a local store. It doesn't help that despite independent claims of leadership in media mentions and brand awareness (whatever that means), that very few people know or care about the products at all.
I think it's funny that some people try and make DLR Associates products that this company tries to sell sound like they are something unique and special. There's hundreds of competitors with very similar products in this niche, some of which can be easily purchased in stores. Perhaps that's why Bebevco has such a hard time generating enough sales to where they don't have to cover the real numbers up with laughable, non-audited, in-house financials.
