AM.to AMZKF, Price up today on low volume. Looks like Blair, the big seller, either:
A. Took a day off
B. Slept in
C. Too busy watching the mail for his big fat dividend check.
Whatever Blair is doing, it seems to me that he sure screwed up. He probably could have placed the shares he wanted to sell at say a 10-15% discount with a fund or institution but still at much higher prices than he has now beaten the price down to. Instead, his heavy sales on the open market have dropped the price more than 30% recently.
Stock price is now below tangible book value. Makes more sense for the company to start buying back his shares here. I sent another email to the CEO but he is out of his office. Maybe he is having a chat with Blair or someone about this. It must be frustrating for him to watch the SP dive like this due to former mgmt sales. He's probably getting tired of hearing from stockholders like me too.
