Dow was expected to be ugly well before open , EURO problems.
Expect wipsaw in ROSG PPS to continue for awhile. As long as it holds above 12 its a HOLD IMHO. Can play the spikes if your any good at it, but still a good HOLD for now. Turn to a BIG STRONG BUY when business plan with info PR is released.
