I met with Mr Zhang in New York last month to inform myself of the transaction with Mr Brazzi. Mr Zhang will be arriving next week to meet with attorney's to prepare a news release to shareholder that outlines the terms of the transaction.


According to Mr Zhang , they are waiting for the RMGX attorney's to consult with the new attorney's hired by GWBU Greenberg Traurig which took over the file last Thursday in Milan to make a statement approved by their firm.



There will be news regarding the transaction as soon as they complete their statement. Mr Zhang will also announce the new direction of the company and technology development.
