For what it's worth I have initiated additional dialogue with Bud recently and will share high level details once I hear back from him.

Below is the lastest email I have corresponded with him on and will share his response to some degree once received.

Bud,

I would be interested in your thoughts around how to drive awareness for the company to attract new investors. I truly believe that it’s this lack of awareness combined with the market Tesoro resides that is preventing pps appreciation. This is a no brainer IMO if investors just looked at the company and progress over the last 12-18 months. Expansion, introduction of online sales and extinguishing the remaining toxic debt/financing illustrates huge upside and growth potential. Add to the mix that the company is about to become profitable and the potential should slap them square in the face.

I appreciate you communicating with me. I rarely post on Ihub due to a great deal of what goes on there IMO is shady at best. I am convinced there are some paid bashers on various boards designed to keep a stock down while benefiting others. I have seen this on several other investments I am heavily involved with. My background is in the Acquisitions and Divestitures area. I am a VP of Finance for a large consumer goods company. My role is evaluating undervalued companies for potential acquisition that would be a good fit in our portfolio of brands as well as evaluating our existing business for brands that are no longer strategic for the company. I tell you this to only give you insight into my background.

I am convinced that a big part of the problem currently is that investors in general are scared to death of pink sheet companies. Most of the time these fears are warranted given the number of shells/scams out there designed to clean out your pockets. This compounded by the fact that we have been trading in the 0001/0002 range for so long prevents larger investors from taking a deeper look at Tesoro writing it off as another 0001 pinky stock with no product or real revenue potential.

Becoming profitable will no doubt help drive awareness but I believe there needs to be an additional nudge to get the ball rolling. Have you ever considered up listing to QB? Reporting requirements are more extensive but I believe there is no minimum pps level that needs to be attained before entry.
