Chile update for non believers in MSX
a) No one ever said Barrick can not enter Chile. MSX sustains at law, Barrick does not own TESOROS (Mina Pascua) concessions in Chile.
b)MSX has the strongest solid and winner legal position in Chile courts at this time over the Mina Pascua area wranglings. MSX is well represented in Chile by its partner and legal team assigned the task to defeat Barrick at law.
c) Ownership is a matter of title issued by the Mines Registrar and Commissioner with full jurisdiction over MINA PASCUA area in Chile.
d) Such registrar has issued Barrick´s pretended titles in the name of JORGE LOPEHANDIA and new titles 100% clean and clear to protect MINA PASCUA area in the name of Jorge Lopehandia at this date, which protects MSX interest before BARRICK GOLD CORPORATION - ABX
e) December 11 BARRICK GOLD CORPORATION criminally produced an article in its website indicating that MOUNTAIN WEST and Jorge Lopehandia had delivered false and perjurious information to the public, when in fact Barrick owned TESOROS concessions via MINERA NEVADA SpA as listed by ABX at NYSE and TSX.
f) This week in Chile courts MINERA NEVADA SpA Attorney was cross examined and forced inder penalty pf perjury and jail proceedings against the represented defendants, to show title, certification of domain and the legalñ mandates that MINERA NEVADA SpA a.k.a. PASCUA LAMA owner in accordance to BARRICK GOLD CORPORATION - ABX indicated to the court days before, it owned.
g) The sole response of the Attorney in each count

Independently criminal charges are under way this week.
If there was anyone with one shred of doubt, this should put it all to rest.
MSX is ready now after this week on arrival of legal court certifications, that MINERA NEVADA SpA or BARRICK GOLD CORPORATION - ABX by default, in accordance to court proceedings and evidence entered by BARRICK´S lawyers this week, that TESOROS titles do not exist.
This will allow shareholders and MSX to immediately sue Barrick for slander, theft of opportunity and business.
