I have read these News Releases http://gov.ulitzer.com/node/2254059 http://gov.ulitzer.com/node/2245548 and would like to know if those deals with Visualmed, Verison and Intelaform are still ongoing ?

I'm invested in Visualmed and an affiliated company but when I tried to contact Intelaform to verify the deal I found the Company to be none existing which created the belief that this deal may be false.

I was forwarded an e-mail message from The Maryland Center regarding your inquiry about the reality of the partnership between The Maryland Center, Verizon, VisualMED and Intelaform, Inc. I want to confirm that this is an ongoing partnership. I have copied Mr. Dab, Chairman of VisualMED, in case you are interested in investing in that company further. Intelaform, inc. is a privately held corporation and not seeking outside investments.
