Don't believe a JV is limited to partnering with someone who has a product or manufacturing facility. Can you not form a partnership with someone who is beneficial to your business in any number of ways?

How does this help HTI you ask? Partnering with someone who is going to aggressively market the product who has ties to a Giant like Ryder seems like a no brainer.
