If one feels that a RM actually coming to fruition for ASYI is necessary to make money here, then shouldn't one ask themselves why Kool chose a shell with a bunch of debt to merge into? Why wouldn't they have just found a debt free shell? And I sincerely hope no one actually buys into "it's because of the tax write-offs", lol.

What is a far more plausible?

1. Of all the clean debt free shells out there for well under one Million dollars, Kool Telecom's Andrew Wells passed up on them all and chose the heavily debt laden ASYI shell.

2. ASYI has a ton of debt they want to get rid of, and decided to drum up buying interest in their stock using cooperative private businesses as a vehicle. First we had the BDS reverse merger fakeout. Upon finding that went so well, they decided to do it all over again with another company (Kool), and so far it is going spectacularly!

Consider this:

If a company actually has some cash, shells are out there for well under $500k, even on the BB!

I can provide plenty more links of past and current shells for sale, but I'm sure you get the idea.

If you believe in scenario number one. Then you found your stock!

wink

Best of luck to all ....

Bingo. The only reason to make this investment. The signs point to RM. The 5 billion AS increase and debt and blah blah blah are all moot points. No one here is investing in the fundamentals of ASYI! LOL And no one thinks ASYI is going to recover on their own. The RM happens or we all lose our money. It's that simple and honest! My bet is on the RM. We shall see over the next few months. Definitely exciting!
