There is nothing to dig for. DD is not what the CEO told you to make you feel good. read what dd really is and get back to me. apparently my "criticisms" are accurate because the pps is in the toilet. no funding, no operations, on a holding company where the CEO still wants to be paid. the CEO spends his days talking to investors. he keeps the doors open by selling, selling, and selling again.
I stand by these criticisms. if you think it wrong, prove it otherwise with something VERIFIABLE.
