Upon deposit of the funds, this Agreement shall then serve as the Subscription Agreement which shall become binding when it is accepted by Black Gold Exploration,
No funds were or ever will be deposited.
Especially now the confidentiality agreement has been voilated!
Contract is null and void. PERIOD!
