Really??? what a bunch of Hogwash of NO DILUTION.
Whats the affect from the time if change in Shares Authorized notice and the impact that has been going on. Which is relative to the current PPS since that time.
Its had a psychological affect as well as a Physical affect to both Share price and investor confidence not to mention any that were considering to buy into the stocks product potential that was being addressed in previous press releases and the financial status of what the company has managed to achieve.
So if one does not consider nor deem this any dilution.
What do or would you call it?????
