Well as for a FR. I'm positive we will not be getting that for a very long time.
Financing more of a mystery but don't expect that soon. I did not get a feeling of confidence from John on that. (in terms of we are close...)
Next likely news would be updating financials end of June. That IMO is good to show good faith but will not show good news per se. Just get us current and make past issues and debt known. The shell John took over is not in good shape. Long road to haul getting all issues cleaned up and reported etc.

After that I will be anxiously waiting to hear about terms /deal for funding.

To meet the Jan 2013 begin mining target I estimate the latest date for funding be sometime in October. So no huge urgency but until that is secured and terms known it will be a huge detriment to pps rising and holding. (baring a false manipulated run) which can happen but I doubt will.

Looks to be a long year for us, requiring patience and hard work for John as he tries to get this baby on its way.
