Here on the Ihub quote it shows .0079 as the low for the year. I just went thru the historical here on Ihub and see the low closing was .012 in Dec. 2011, twice. In fact it was pretty steady in the .03's until Oct. 2011 when it started going down, then began reviving in Jan 2012. Was curious how many cheaper shares are out there. Does not look like that many to me!
