I don't think that was OPMG's idea. I am sure that was a Zimmerman extravaganza. And with them being the PR experts, OPMG went with it. I'll bet they could kick themselves in the a$$ on those money wasters.
I want to add.. Frohman and St. Clair do not want this to fail and neither would Bieber and his group. So, I am 'sure' they will come up with the money to keep their heads above water until they can get a revenue flow from ENTERPRISE clients. (That is what they need)
As far as teens, it will take parents having to put the app on the phones for insurance discounts that will get them to 'have to react' to their kid's driving bahavior. Most teens text and drive, most don't have accidents, but when they do, they are usually serious and/or deadly. They think nothing can happen to them. PhoneGuard needs a serious commercial that will shock and awe the public. (Parents and Teens) To get their attention.
