We received a call from a shareholder today regarding the request to provide the share structure of Quasar, i.e., authorized shares, outstanding shares, etc. It is Computershare’s policy not to provide this information on behalf of ANY of our clients; we are not gagged by anyone. As standard procedure, we refer the shareholder to the company to obtain the information.
Can you please reach out to the shareholder (not a registered shareholder that I can see unless his shares are registered in another registration) and respond to his request accordingly?
