the potentials is good for at least 2 of Kat's properties.
Maybe not everybody can see the potentials, but they are there.
It is not easy to understand the NATURE of Jr Exploration for everyone,
some just refuse to understand due to the fact that some expected over-night success.
That won't happen, exploration needs patience.
