If this boat sinks again, it is time to talk about a change in governance. Mitch and Rob should not be rewarded for that by ending up with an even greater stake in the company as a result of the "crisis response", IMHO.
If I am not mistaken, shareholders representing at least 10% of the outstanding shares will need to get together to take legal action to effect that sort of a change.
