KK will always own 80% plus, JMHO, and if payments can't be made for what ever reason, more hard assets will be transferred to debt holders as what happened in 2011 to offset the debt, leaving commons less and less with the assets ending up in Private Hands.....JMHO....will be watching closely this week and we will pour over the filings when they land.....GLTA !!
