I disagree some what. When you tell your players to play aggressive and he does and uses his skills of speed and is safe it is the managers job to support your player. Now don't get me wrong I know you are thinking wait a minute we down more than just one run lets not give up an out. I get that. I agree with you he should have played it safe.
That being said, I want my players to also play with confidence their manager has their back when they are safe.
