That makes 5 companies that use Carrillo Huettel that agreed to pay Voltaire Gomez $10,000/year each plus expenses.

4 of those companies signed agreements with Voltaire Gomez on the same exact day - September 23, 2010. That must have been an interesting little meeting with contracts being offered to Mr. Gomez by 4 different companies at the same time.

So who is this Voltaire Gomez and why is he so popular with Carrillo Huettel LLP?

Back on June 23, 2010, Voltaire Gomez signed an Employment Agreement with Roadships Holding Inc (RDSH) to become their new Vice-President and Director

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1389067/000126493110000222/form10_2.htm

The agreement was for 3 years employment with the option for either side to terminate the agreement just over 6 months later starting after January 2, 2011. In exchange for his employment, Voltaire Gomez received the option to purchase 10,000,000 shares of RDSH for $10,000 ($.0001/share).

Voltaire Gomez didn't even stay employed with the company for 90 days yet the company still agreed to allow Voltaire Gomez to purchase 10,000,000 shares for $1,000:

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1389067/000143209311000434/ex10-1.htm

At this time RDSH was trading at $.25/share.

The stock really didn't begin to actively trade until early April of 2012 then it quickly dropped to its current trading price of $.0091/share.

Mr. Voltaire Gomez shows up in another more recent filing for Avatar Ventures Corp (AVVC):

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1416299/000093173112000022/avatar-8k031412.htm

Mr. Gomez became the new President and Director for AVVC on March 5, 2012.

His bio tells us that Mr. Gomez has been a market maker and a consultant for broker dealers and transfer agents including 2 1/2 years with Island Stock Transfer from March of 2007 to September of 2009 and 8 months with West Coast Stock Transfer and by Word Trade Financial Corporation from September of 2009 to May of 2010

Mr. Gomez, age 40, is a consultant to broker dealers and transfer agencies. He was employed by West Coast Stock Transfer and by Word Trade Financial Corporation from September 2009 until May 2010, where he served senior management and compliance, overseeing all trading and day to day operations. Mr. Gomez performed the same job duties from March 2007 until September 2009 as an employee of Island Stock Transfer and of Spartan Securities Group, Ltd. Mr. Gomez attended Southern California Military Academy and Saint John’s. He also attended Universidad Autonoma de Baja California in Tijuana and Paris, France, graduating with an international business degree. Mr. Gomez has been a market maker running domestic and foreign trading desks, trading equities, equity options and fixed income securities. Voltaire Gomez appears to have left Spartan Securities around the same time that Kyle Kennedy's daughter Kara left to go start up ClearTrust LLC.

This is an interesting post:

I wonder how many of the Carrillo Huettel linked companies have used Island Stock Transfer and ClearTrust LLC as their transfer agent.

I know that New York Tutor Company and Bahamas Concierge, Inc both switched to ClearTrust on May 8, 2012:

I'll might have to research that next.
