I've come, over a number of months, to conclude (IMO) that
former CEO Tony really MEANT for things to TAKE-OFF and BLAST-AWAY
into "the wild blue yonder" (regarding MusicMatrix).

I further believe he DID NOT set out -- from the get-go --
to defraud, con, fleece, and scam Shareholders and Investors.

He really meant for MusicMatrix TO GO UP, UP, and AWAY.

Many here will recall that, for perhaps 4 or 6 months, MusicMatrix
DID SHOW a trickle of PAYING Subscribers (Members) during that
brief era when several rap-gansta guys AND Howie D. were featured
and promoted. And, for two Quarters, Revenues were Reported.

Tony -- and yes MOST of "us" -- fully believed (or at least
half-heartedly HOPED) that MusicMatrix would GROW and GROW and
become "Viral" and all of that.

Tony then made a "deal" with Passalaqua over at PTEL, in which
he (Tony) would pay Passalaqua a certainly monthly $$$Sum for
a period of time (I suspect 12 months) until the PTEL "shell"
was paid-in-full.

He (Tony) believed -- deluded though he may have been (hindsight
is so easy, my friends) -- that he could swing this whole "deal"
using the increasing Income from the vast numbers (by THEN) of Paying Subscribers/Members
to MusicMatrix, which he would turn-around and PAY TO Passalaqua,
and that he (Tony) would emerge with a "viral/hit" Website (MusicMatrix).

That drip-drip-drip-drip, slow trickle of Paying Members, of course,
NEVER DID snowball, balloon, and swell-up to become the
voluminous torrents of $$$$$$ that Tony and most Shareholders / Investors
wished-for and (yes) hoped-for.

It just did not happen.

It just did not happen, friends. It didn't happen, is all.
As with any new business venture, major-league RISK is/was
an integral, inherent part of the equation.

Now...This whole scenario became transformed into a ghastly
mess when Tony's EGO and HUBRIS simply WOULD NOT LET HIM "ADMIT"
-- even TO HIMSELF! -- that ENTI and MusicMatrix were sliding and
slipping into deeper, ever-deeper financial doo-doo.

He could not face-up to the emerging facts, MUCH LESS the
Faithful Shareholders and Investors.

He couldn't...and therefore DIDN'T..."face the music."
His vaingloriousness precluded ANY sort of reckoning with
realities.

So he turned-tail and fled.

Remember Monty Python's silly ditty (from Holy Grail):
"Bold Sir Robin, Brave Sir Robin.
When danger reared its ugly head,
He bravely turned his tail and fled."

I am not making excuses for any of this, much-less for Tony.
Explanations perhaps, but NOT excuses.

I too regret -- greatly, deeply regret -- that this entire
experience has unfolded as it has.

And yet, AND YET I believe there are great surprises and
changes and EXCITEMENT coming this year, right here at ENTI,
with Thomas Hargis as CEO.

The current duration, while frustrating, reflects the
complexity (legal and logistical) of getting things clarified,
resolved, ironed-out, and re-prioritized. Hargis as much as
SAID SO, in his Online Live Chat from a month ago.

All just my Opinion and extrapolation and musings.

All the Best to Everybody and ENTI!$ smile
