I don't know that dilution is or isn't taking place. My theory is this there's a lot of shorting happenning and I think a lot of them are having to buy the shares because the pps is putting up a heck of a fight staying where it is. So then once they have bought the shares they take another short posistion and try to sell their shares cheap to try to cover their new position. I think this is happening on a daily basis and creating the illusion of dilution.
