Great Question.....There are so many ways to cut a deal. I really don't have a clue on the "how" to make it happen...If it does happen.
All I know is how can a public company grow if it doesn't communicate with shareholders? How can they be happy If they have shareholders upset with their action or no action?
Believe me......they have feelings that are no different than you or me......every morning they put their pants on one leg at a time....unless they are firemen.
I hope we do stay public because I plan not to sell for 3 - 5 years.
