As Seen On TV!!

Doesn't really mean much.
First, the term and even the play on the TV Guide Logo are allowed to be used by anyone, anytime. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/As_seen_on_TV_(marketing)

The item (like this one) may never have actually been ever seen on TV!

The company that is As Seen on TV actually sells products through stores that are commmitted to allow it as fillers. ASOTV has space committed to it that it pays to be allowed to fill. Once it has a product there, it leaves it because it costs more to even pull it off...and they have nothing to gain!

Go to OSOTV http://www.asseenontv.com/ -- you can't even find that product as being sold anymore...wonder why?

The item your showing we know hasn't been produced in at least 2 years (SPNG hasn't had the limited operations it even did have, at Dicon which it susbsequently sold, to make the product which it needed a license to do so, from a company that pulled the approval and is suing it for payment of the fee's SPNG didn't pay...etc. etc)...was made in limited amounts when it was Yet your showing a still fuly stocked display? What would cause that?

Well I guess the eventual sale of those wax free soap infused sponges to wash your dog (an item with a huge calling and need) will send the stock...too the moon. Soon.
