Well I don´t know if it will be a relation with BFHJ and the companies of the reports but this companies are for real and have contracts with the US Government.

Trico Tiger Development, LLC has been developing the Fort Knox shale gas field since 2007 and has compiled an impressive record of accomplishments, including the first public private partnership for recovery and delivery of renewable shale gas to the US Government and a major role in winning a recent US Army Energy Award for Fort Knox. The contracts required for an absolute minimum of 17 years of continuous operation are signed and in force, and the recovery and delivery of renewable shale gas is currently a going concern. Mr. Frank Irvin, who originally conceptualized and developed the original contracts for the public private partnership that enabled the extraction and delivery of shale gas recovered from US Government land to the US Government.

Trico Tiger Development, LLC have a joint venture with ITI Group Corporation and Consolidated Energy Services Global, LLC.

The Company: ITC Renewable, LLC (Fort Knox) is a joint venture of ITI Group Corporation, Trico Tiger Development, LLC, Consolidated Energy Services Global, LLC. The Company was founded specifically to develop and expand the 110,000-acre shale gas field at Fort Knox, KY as set forth under US Government Utility Energy Services Contracts (UESC contracts) These contracts are currently in force and provide for the extraction, cleaning, compression and delivery of renewable biogenic shale gas from the Fort Knox field to the US Government including the US Army at Fort Knox and the Defense Logistics Agency - Energy).

Trico Tiger Development, an ITC Renewable JV Partner, has a great deal of experience in biogenic shale gas recovery, well field operations and gas delivery.

The New Albany Devonian shale formation at Fort Knox, from which renewable biogenic methane gas is recovered, lies approximately 500 to 700 feet below the surface. This real property asset is readily accessed by conventional recovery methods. The gas is extracted by means of multiple environmentally friendly methods.

Biogenic shale is recovered by API standard methods supported by an environmental assessment carried out by each installation prior to final approval and permitting. All well sites are pre-approved by the Range and Environmental divisions before operations commence.

Renewable Biogenic Shale, as stated in the Energy Policy Act is a valuable strategic resource to the United States. This resource, as part of the Military's real property, can be utilized by the military as approved by the JAG

Renewable Biogenic Shale gas recovered from the Fort Knox has a calorific value of approximately 940 BTU/scf and is a sweet gas that can be transported by commercial pipeline from Fort Knox to other federal facilities as required.

The availability of biogenic shale allows facilities such as Fort Knox to greatly enhance their energy security while controlling energy costs. The Public Private Partnership development model used at Fort Knox provides for onsite self-directed renewable energy projects at no cost to the Government.

The shale gas recovery project at Fort Knox was the winner of the Secretary of the Army Energy Award at GovEnergy 2010.

Frank is the President of Trico Tiger Development, LLC a JV partner in ITC Renewable, and is the original developer of the Fort Knox shale gas project, which is the first Public Private Partnership of its kind to extract gas from a military reservation for delivery to the US Government.
