Is HLF safe to buy yet?? HLF is doing a 2-3 month share buyback of over $400 million dollars.

I've never seen a 2-3 month share buyback program. Usually they take many months to years for them to do a buyback.
What price per share would you expect to see HLF at by the end of this 3 month buyback program?
