the key word being "Government"...not particular one man nor one particular political party nor one particular partisan group...
not one entity has the power to do anything that others do not allow & empower them to do.
once each individual begins to take 100% responsibility for their life and cease with the finger-pointing then and only then will there be progress.
along with keeping religion out of politics it is far more imperative to keep >economics out of politics. that, economics in politics, is the death spiral of a country.
