It might not be smart to say, but it is the truth. Some might not believe it but they can control the price if they need to. I've seen it happen on more then one occasion. This company was selling stock for capital and they had a buyer at a certain price. I truly believe that is why it would not substain the price when we got the PR's. I saw the same exact thing happen before when they sold the 60 million shares in mid February. So it happend twice. You don't sell 60 million shares and only drop the price .004 and then sell 55 million shares and only have it drop .0055 unless the MM's were controlling the price.
