Mr. Michael J. Black serves as Chief Financial Officer of Healthnostics, Inc. Mr. Black has been Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Safer Shot, Inc. since February 18, 2010 and also serves as its Accounting Officer. Mr. Black has been Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of InternetArray Inc., (formerly U.S. Medsys, Corp.) since April 2008 and has been its President since June 20, 2008. Mr. Black serves as Chairman, Chief Accounting Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of MedBioWeb Corp. He has been Treasurer and Secretary of Healthnostics since its inception on November 1, 2004. Mr. Black is the Founder of The Account Data Group, and served as its President from April 1989 to 1991. From September 16, 1994 to October 8, 2000, he held various executive positions in Integrated Healthcare Systems, Inc. and H-Quotient, Inc., (successor by merger to Integrated Healthcare Systems, Inc.) including President from January 6, 1996 to April 15, 1996, Secretary, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer from September 16, 1994 to October 8, 2000, Chief Executive Officer from January 6, 1996 to November 15, 1999. From January 1991 to September 1994, he served with Asset Growth Partners, Inc. Mr. Black has been the Chairman of Healthnostics since January 1, 2001. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Integrated Healthcare Systems, Inc. and H-Quotient, Inc. from January 6, 1996 to November 15, 1999. He has been a Director of Safer Shot, Inc. since February 18, 2010. He has been Director of InternetArray Inc., (formerly U.S. Medsys, Corp.) since June 20, 2008. He serves as Director of Healthnostics and MedBioWeb Corp. Mr. Black holds a B.S. in Management and Accounting from the University of Maryland in 1994.
Alan W. Grofé has been President of Healthnostics Inc. since October 2004. Mr. Grofé serves as Chief Executive Officer of Global Medical Direct LLC. He serves as Principal Executive Officer, and President of MedBioWeb Corp. He has more than 25 years of in-depth experience as a senior executive in both public and private corporations in the healthcare and information technology industries. Mr. Grofé served as Chief Executive Officer and President of MedNets, Inc. Prior to this position, he was the Founder of H-Quotient, Inc., and served as its President until October 8, 2000 and also served as its Chief Operating Officer. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of MarketLink, Inc.; President of CCS, Inc.; and Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Warren & Lewis. He served as General Manager of the Federal Computer Conferences for Information Development Corporation, a series of major computer industry trade shows, and Director of Federal Systems Operations for Motorola Computer Systems. He has been Director at Healthnostics Inc. since October 2004. He serves as Director at MedBioWeb Corp. He served as Director of H-Quotient Inc. until December 6, 2000.
Dr. Stephen P. Kelly, M.D. has been Director of Product Research & Development at Healthnostics, Inc., since January 2011. Dr. Kelly has been in Medical Practice, restricted to cardiothoracic anesthesia of St. Vincent Hospital Medical Center since 1982. Dr. Kelly is the Principal Developer and an Investor in both residential and commercial real estate projects, including residential lot, manufactured home community, and golf course development, as well as commercial building construction. Dr. Kelly served as a Director of Pinnacle Bank of Oregon. He was board certified in anesthesiology in 1984, and is a Member of the Oregon Anesthesiology Group, of which he was one of the founders and served as its first president. Dr. Kelly received a BS degree from Oregon State University in 1974. Dr. Kelly subsequently took his residency training at Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle, and completed a Cardiac Anesthesia Fellowship at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He holds Medical Degree from the University of Oregon in 1978.
