Just how do you know? How about naming the 4 patents. Since IDCC had really no clue what the Nortel patents were worth, and apparently no clue what there patents were worth, what makes you think they knew what these 4 were worth? Not only that IDCC has a fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders to get the best price for what they sell. Do you know they got the best price, hell you don't even know what they sold do you?

What I am saying this is a PUBLIC COMPANY NOT A PRIVATE RAN COMPANY. We should be informed of what they are selling and how its to be sold in my opinion.

Next question is how out of the blue did a company say sell me these 4? I want to know all there is to know about how these 4 were chosen and how and who was allowed to bid on them and if not auctioned WHY?

Not saying anything happened but if its a private sale it allows management to do all kind of things that might be subject to scrutiny. Everything this company does with the patents should be done open and for any company to bid on them. Hell a company none of us ever heard of might jump up and pay a big price, but if they do not know there is a sale of these patents how can they bid and us miss out on a higher price? If it was a open auction the aquirer would not miss out UNLESS THEY DIDN'T BID HIGH ENOUGH.

Maybe one of our board attorney's can file that any sale of the IDCC assets must be done through public auction with what is being sold and the dates the bidding begins and ends. I think thats how most public and government sales are done, but as ususal I could be wrong, but I don't like private sells.
