Looks like the Greenshifters are in shock after yesterday. They shouldn't be; despite all the words or consistent with all the words, depending on which words you read, the dilution will continue until the litigation is successfully concluded. End of story, end of fantasies otherwise. The PPS will adjust downward to this reality until the ligation is successfully concluded. The one caveat being new financing with a pledge of no more dilution. I guess that is the only fantasy worth fantasizing.

I am very curious what the Q1 brings, both in terms of the OS count and revenues. Then, the next few days after its release will be the real test -- did it make any difference in this downward momentum, or is the PPS conclusively documented as completely independent of revenue/earnings at this time? Fateful days for the short and intermediate term of our company lie just ahead, at least as far as the common shareholders are concerned.
