They are not diluting and one way to understand that is with their latest filings and the updates on Nevada for example are verified one by the lawyer signing off and in Nevada and OTC with their verification process also.

The lawyer who signs off on the information is obligated to verify all transfer agent information.

I know for example that some transfer agents have their own policies that also dictate what they can and can't give out.

The company also just adjusted their authorized significantly eliminating their ability to even try to dilute. They current share structure was updated just a few days ago.
