I imagine Cunningham and Board, including ex-COB/CEO/CFO's and presidents will personally be sued by a class action shareholder lawsuit. You just can't embellish (lie?) about assets and mislead the public to suck in unsuspecting investors for years on end (decades?) and have them collectively lose $100's of millions, without some civil and/or criminal legal recourse. And I personally believe it was a conspiratorial criminal act, but that's just my opinion.
8 cents.....and nothing out of Cunningham...Very telling!
