I just read this regarding SIOR & though that I would comment...

-Too many shares? there are only 200MM O/S, & only 30MM in the float.
-Still building their Mississippian Lime Position & don't want to give away their areas of interest to competitors. However the 23000 acres that we know about are in Cowley County, KS & Garfield/Logan/Payne Counties, OK. 8300 acres known in OK & 15000 acres known in KS. They are trying to build a 50000 acre KS position...
-They have 100% working interest on 100% of the above mention acreage (that is what a mineral lease &/or optioned mineral lease is: 100% working interest on minerals).
-SIOR's CEO is the controlling interest partner in Cactus Drilling. He is as deeply rooted in the MS Lime Play as possible. He isn't doing this to scam shareholders, he his already rich. He is doing this because he has the contacts, qualifications, & experience to do so.

SIOR has a larger MS Lime position that OEDV & SIOR's position is in areas known to yield twice the play's average with regards to IP rates. Take a look at OEDV's chart & you'll get a glimpse of what is in SIOR's future...

Good Luck...
