There isn't enough info to make a judgement in my opinion. I looked at it a few months ago and didn't like the huge 140million shares they had to issue to someone to settle a claim.
They claim tens of thousands of acres. Why don't they state a number? Why don't they at least say in which counties they hold leases. They don't state whether they have 100% WI or 20% WI of a bigger acreage. They said in 8/11 that they would catch up all SEC filings. So far, nada.
Stuff printed on a website probably doesn't cause them any legal problems if it turns into dust. I'm waiting for SEC docs.
This has a 4million market cap based on rumors. AOK.ax has a 9 million market cap, files all required filings in Australia, has 22,000 acres in Kansas and Oklahoma, has drilled vertical wells and is participating in their first horizontal Mississippian being drilled by a Range Resource sub.
That's my idea of a flyer. Sior is a black box. You don't know if they really have anything. They were too broke to pay their auditor. How they can have paid for 23K acres? They didn't. They have options. When do they expire? We don't know. Are they for 100% of the WI? We don't know. How long are the land owners going to wait as prices rise around them. As soon as they can get out of those options, they will flee for someone who can pay.
Can Sior pay? Can they raise money? Don't know. Too many questions, too many shares. No drill plans, no actual disclosed land positions other than 9 wells they say they own.
