Uragold Bay Resources Inc. (Uragold) is a junior exploration company. The Company is engaged
in exploration of gold mining sites located in Quebec. Its properties include Property Uskawanis
Lake and Kauschiskach, Property Riviere du Loup, Property St-Hermenegilde and Property Moe-
River Mcdonald Till. The Company holds a 100 % interest in 34 claims located in Liniere township
and 25 claims located in Barford township. The Company holds a 100 % interest in 760 claims in
Property Moe-River Mcdonald Till. On April 13, 2010 the Company acquired a 100 % interest in 65
claims located in the James Bay area near the Uskawanis mine site. On July 8, 2010, the Company
acquired a 100 % interest in four claims located in Saint-Francois township. During the year ended
December 31, 2010, the Company acquired 100% interest in 397 claims and a 100 % interest in 61
claims by a mining properties swap.
