first, place large orders below the market bids during the day and let them come down to your prices.

second, place your orders at the close on the bid ,
so you pull these shares they swap between accounts at the end of the day.

third, if you really want the Market Makers to dump their shares from frustrations,

buy their odd lot block of shares on the ASK price,
as they get mad and dump the rest of the shares at the Bid price, to push the stock price down and walk away.
