That's incorrect...

The average share price right now (as far as the listing is concerned) is still much higher than the price per common share in the market, right now. The "average" price is probably right around $1.36 now, if I remember it correctly...

One of the impacts of doing the offering in the WAY that they did... was to obviate all the typical blather about the risk to the listing... and make the typical, if stupid, trade that is focused on fighting over the $1 price point... moot.

The listing isn't at risk at current share prices.

The fact they've done the offering they have... alters the AVERAGE per share price... which math includes the PREFERRED shares...

There isn't going to be a market battle here fighting over the listing at the $1 price point... because the $1 price point DOESN'T MATTER here...
