I don't think this is (just) the UPS STORE! LOL

Make sure you zoom in to see an actually picture! Looks like this building has many "Suites", which APII declares on their web page, that they require many Suites (120-233).....
If you look at the actual pics, I would be inclined to believe this has nothing to do with a UPS Store.....
But I do not have the means to get inside this building right now....
