Look at the document from post #5664,at the bottem of F28. It says that oicco enters into a agreement with Imperial Automotive Group. It says that oicco only has monetery assets and Imperial is using its shares to buy oicco, so that oicco will become a public company (reverse merger). There are no shares sold under the name of Imperial only elcr. If oicco was only buying imperial, they wouldn't need a reverse merger. I remember reading that when they moved the headquarters to vero beach, elcr, imperial, all of it became imperial automotive group. Why all the different names, I dont know. But when I talked to them a oicco, they told me that it included elcr.
