FYI : By the way the billionaire investor Low Tuck Kwong instrumental in ECOB DEAL is the majority shareholder in Manhattan – as it happens his son Mr. Yi Ngo Low, David, has been appointed the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Manhattan Resources Limited since November 29, 2011. Mass exodus of the MRL old guard since (latest exit- company secretary apparently because of “HEAVY WORK LOAD “!

Anyway MRL is seeking approval at AGM on the 30th April to increase O/S !

Perhaps some proceeds from any placement might come ECOB way- hope so $10 million is a big investment to let it fail!
