VRGN hasn't set a date for shareholder vote

I could be wrong here, but it will be hard for a merger announcement to be made when VRNG has yet to set a date for the shareholder vote on the merger with I/P.

They filed an S-4 Prospectus on the merger on April 6, 2012, but there is no date set for the vote, only placeholders in the document where the date will eventually reside.

The annual meeting of stockholders of Vringo, Inc., a Delaware corporation, will be held on ________, at 10:00 a.m., local time, at the offices of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., the Chrysler Center, 666 Third Avenue, 32nd floor, New York, New York 10017, for the following purposes:
1. To approve a merger, including, but not limited to the issuance of shares of Vringo common stock and preferred stock and warrants (and the shares of common stock issuable upon conversion of the preferred stock and exercise of the warrants) to the Innovate/Protect stockholders and warrantholder in connection with the merger contemplated by the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of March 12, 2012, by and among Vringo, Innovate/Protect and VIP Merger Sub, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vringo;
