Not necessarily, ya see Thomas Aquinas cancelled...

the Mayen deal, or MOU, because of non-compliance by Mayen. Now, for whatever reason they are desperately trying to re-establish some kind of arrangement again, why would that be I wonder?

Here's a definitive part of the emails Tom sent me last night after we talked, he didn't want anyone to get confused or FUDed about it. He is just to busy right now and didn't want the previous Mayen thing getting in the way so he had them put out that last PR.

Now, NOW... perhaps he will talk to the lads about re-establishing a NEW MOU... or not (note the date of this email and all that, take care all):

Dear Mxxxxxxxxxxxxx,

Reference-Mayen/Cefaco mou.

This is to re-iterate the conversation we had 21st September 2011 where I informed you Mayen had not performed on remitting the funds as required by the MOU nor had fulfilled any of the other conditions of the mou which had to be performed by that date in order for the mou to be current.

This is to confirm in writing the above and that the Mayen/Cefaco mou is defunct because of non-compliance by Mayen and that no business relationship exists between the two signing parties. We note that your shareholders have not been informed of Mayen`s non compliance and that you should rectify this at your earliest opportunity.

Best regards
